We have received a few notices from users who have bought these tapes
indicating that a major portion of one of the videotapes was bad. For
example, one user said that there was no audio (a low humming sound)
on his third tape. Evidently, there were some bad tapes created
during the mass tape duplication process.

If you have a bad tape, please send it to the ROOTS Users Group of
Arlington, VA at the address below and we will gladly replace that
videotape.
