What I would like is to be able to make a genealogy report
from one of my oldest ancestors, and follow the family all the
way down. I would also like have the children that are adopted,
fostered or whatever included. I do however se the problem,
that the descendants of the adopted child in 1823 has no bearing
as a descendent of the much older ancestor, and if they were to be
included
they would look as descendants from the start person, as I would
assume
it is relatively simple to have the adopted children added with a note
adopted
after their name or something, I can see that is a problem in later
generations.

On the other hand if I were to make such a report and everybody wanted
all
the descendants of the adopted child as well it would be relatively
simple for me to
add them myself if the adopted child was included, but not his/her
descendants,
as then I could just do a search for adopted, fostered or whatever and
make another
one that/those person and include it in the report.

When you have a report of say 15.000 you have no idea who had adopted
or fostered
children, so going an and switch parents doesn't work.
Don't tell me I may run a LOF since that is a function that doesn't
work with my size file.
