We need to remember that the order in which tags are presented, in TMG or
any other program, is _not_ the order in which they are stored in the data
files. In TMG's Person View, for example, the tags are _put_ in
chronological order, assembled from the various places in the data files
where the information is stored. Some programs don't put them in chronogical
order (e.g. WorldConnect, and some versions of FTM). For most information,
the data are stored in the apropriate files in the order in which they are
input. The creation of a GEDCOM involves taking this data and combining tags
under that proper levels of families, individuals, etc.
David Lawrences message about GenCircles shows clearly that they have taken
the GEDCOM data and sorted it properly, while World Connect does not.
