Is it possible to create a database which is a subset of an existing database, but excludes most of the details for individuals who are still living? I wish to pass on the relevant branch of my family tree to a distant relative, but some of my close relatives might not wish sensitive data to be included.

I know I can do this via GEDCOM, but cannot see any way at present to exclude such data when creating a database from an existing one, other than by going through afterwards and manually deleting the information for each individual.
