List of People with focus:
Living Flag Does not equal <> N OR
Any Tag Birth Date-Year > 1950

This will also pick up those born after 1950 who have died, but the overlap
should be small. The first condition should get you everybody you're
looking for.

You can use the report to create a custom picklist if you like by ticking
off custom picklist on the secondary output tab.
