One suggestion: the "Research Report" source category template. A
title abstract is a report of legal research. The author would
presumably be the preparer (attorney or title company); the recipient
would be the person or client (usually the purchaser of the property)
who requested its preparation; the repository would be the person who
has possession of the report or perhaps the office of the preparer.
Citation detail could reference the page and title of the document
included in the abstract as part of the evidence of a past title
transfer in the chain.
