Open TMG and select Tools=>Text Editor from the top menu. Type IMPORT.INI
in the Open window that appears, and click on the Select button. Copy the
data below (between but not including the dashed lines) and paste it into
the edit window of TMG. Select File=>Save from the top menu to save the
file. Exit TMG and re-start it. You should be able to access the import
menus now.
