Click on the next name in the list, then go back to the Search menu
and click on All Fields Again.

So, for example, suppose you had the following in your pick list:


SMITH, Frank Hervey
SMITH, Joseph
SMITH, Zachary
SMYTHE, Steven
SMYTHE, John Hervey

When you use All Fields, it will find Frank Hervey Smith. Click on
Joseph Smith (just a single click), then click on All Fields Again.
It will then move down to John Hervey Smythe. Repeat until you find
the one you want.
