I tried the instructions you gave (and a couple of variations)...but it
came back with "no matches found" every time. Perhaps it was because his
first name is only an initial ('J.')...which of course I didn't remember
until I found his whole name in UFT. Would that have any bearing on the
lack of search results?
I used only 'Hervey" and put it in the given name field as instructed.
