Well, you may be new <g> but you solved it! It was picking up the :
Hebr.name tag, but on the picklist it only showed the "English" name and his
#.

I changed it to a "note" and now there is only the one name tag. Of course,
now there is no tag indicating his religious name... always new problems.

Now, if only someone could find a solution as to why I can' make my internal
exhibits "external"......<sigh>....

I don't know if this will help or not being kind of new to TMG, but here
goes.

On the picklist select the first person with the duplicate name and in
their PV add a new tag that is off the wall. Now go back to the picklist and
select the second person. If the new off the wall tag is there then it's a
pretty good guess that it's the same person with some kind of name tag. I
tried all the name tag variations and got a duplicate person for each one.
I tried to get the same results with a different marriage but couldn't get
a duplicate entry, nor for children. When you look at the PV under TYPE are
there any from the "name" group listed. Also if you created a custom tag and
it got placed in the "name" group I think it will give you the same results.
If there is then delete it and check the pick list, if not I'm not sure what
to try, other than making a backup then going down and deleting each tag and
checking back to the picklist to see if the duplicate disappears.
