As noted by a number of others, 19__ is (by definition) an irregular
date. Others have suggested the use of date ranges which may or may not
work for you. I suggest that you go ahead and enter the irregular date in
the Date field. But enter your guesstimate as to the actual date for
sequencing purposes in the Sort Date field. Then if/when you ever come
across the actual year, you can change the Date field as needed. Remember
that the Sort Date will _never_ print and is only used to sort the tag into
the proper place which is what you want anyway.
