Also, KeepHere has a new version called KeepMany, which can keep up to six databases. I work with homeschoolers, many of whom are new to computers, so I have one for TMG-L, one for computer hoaxes, and one for computer viruses. (The latter two are to store my "standard responses" to both hoaxes and "real viruses.")

(I am only now reading through many old messages.....hence the very delayed response.)

I'd like to insert another plug for a free download called KeepHere, a blank database used for recording reference material. I use it (when I am organized) to organize the wonderful TMG-L tips from other users!

Thanks, Maggie. This sounds easier than doing a search & replace in Word or
creating a clean-up macro. I'm going to check it out.

I am in the midst of moving all of my TMG tips & hints e-mails from folders
in Outlook into a TMG dataset of their own and this will make it a lot
easier.
