First, I recommend that you upgrade to v4.0d. It is free for downloading
from the Wholly Genes web site <www.whollygenes.com>.

Second, I am sorry to say that I am fairly sure that TMG will not import
directly from Generations. You would need to create or export a GEDCOM
file from Generations and import that into TMG. When you do, there may be
setup options for create the GEDCOM in Generations. Whether there is or
not, TMG will allow you to change the Setup during Import of the GEDCOM
file. If you have not worked with GEDCOM before (a file is just plain
text in a certain somewhat readable format), I recommend that you first
import it into a new data set in TMG without changing any of the Setup
options. Then review the data in TMG to see how it appears and if
something might be imported better. If it is okay, then have fun. If you
think it could be better, you can re-try the import changing one or more of
the options. As noted above, _IF_ Generations has export options, you may
want to review them and see if a different export of a GEDCOM from
Generations will make a difference in the TMG import.

Hope this helps -
