You are most likely clicking on a non-primary (alias) name on the picklist.
This gets you to the right person view record, but when you go back to the
picklist, you are placed where the *primary* name-tag is in the picklist.

I personally don't like this behavior either, I would like to return to the
place I left in the picklist. I noticed FTST does fix this, so I assume TMG
5 will as well.

Has anyone else had trouble moving from the Picklist to Person view? When I
am in the Picklist, if I double click on someone's name, about half the time
it will not return to their person view. THen I have to go back to the
picklist, find the person again, and double click and then it will go to
their person view. Any ideas about what I need to do?
