Hi Theresa,
I believe that age at first marriane is what is calculated. However,
I believe it may be off a bit due to some of the ages used. Such as
ages based on Circa dates. For age at the birth of the first child,
as I recall it uses any child. A niece married a man with children
and HIS first child was born when my niece was ten but, since they are
now her "children", she is listed as having her first child at ten
years of age. Sort of a right but wrong situation.
