Thanks for the help.

I managed to figure out how to save to Word 2000 and will do that in the
future. One problem solved!

Also will contact TMG Tech support about the problem with Word X 2 and
Word 97.

Yes this is a known problem.

This is what I do.

Just save in your latest version. I generate in TMGW as Word 2.X open
in Word 2000 and then save in Word 2000.

There should be a converter in Word XP to save a Word XP document as a
Word 2.x document. If you have a Word XP CD it should be on in.

But you don't need it. You should go from TMGW to Word 2.x to Word XP.
