I'm still playing around with it, as time permits, over the holidays. I
included the key words "Christmas 2001" to one photo and placed it in an
obscure place on one of my drives (I have C,D,E and F as well as DVD and CD
at G and H) and did a search with ACDSee for that phrase. Its search
facility is almost identical to the Windows search. I told it to look in
"My Computer" and it found and presented the correct photo and only the
correct photo in short order. I don't know the limitations of the light
edition but would suggest that you download the full trial version at
http://www.acdsystems.com/English/index.htm and see if it does what you
want.
Happy new year to all listers.
