I would like to identify everyone in my dataset who has any tag with a
date before 1791, say. Nothing to do with the 1901 Census for England
and Wales, of course :)

In a List of People report, the filter "Any Event Group Date Year is
less than 1791" does include the subset I require, but it also includes
everyone with any undated tag. Variations on the theme, like "Any Event
Group Date (Wide) Comes Before 01 Jan 1791", have the same problem.

It's no good excluding all people with "Any Event Group Date (Wide) Is
Empty", because someone with 2 tags, one undated and one pre-1791, will
erroneously be excluded.

Count me as a seasoned filter-writer, but this one has me beat. Any
solution?
