The List of People report can filter for _people_ who have two
characteristics but if want people who have a single _event_ which has two
characteristics then you'll do better with a List of Events report. You'll
probably want to sort the output by the Principal ID (or output the results
to Excel, etc., where you can post-process the list to get a unique list of
people) .

Hope this helps.
