Bob,
Thanks.
Have been making simple little one generation descendants reports and
made 6 in a row, all by using Word 97. Each one was a word document and
I was able to open each one. I did not have to switch between 97 and x
2. No idea what changed, or what I change, but it seems to be working
at the moment.
Another question tho. Should I be able to open these reports from
inside TMG? I either cannot, or don't know how to. I am currently
opening them by going to My Computer, local disk, TMGW, Reports, file,
document name. Can this be done any easier?
I am learning a lot about this program, especially that the more I
learn, the more I don't know.
Thanks again.

I suspect the problem with not being able to access Word 2.x is because
you tried to save as Word 2.x from Word 97 in the same session. Don't
go back. Just go TMGW to Word 2.x to Word 97.
