Bonnie
I've been using TMG for quite awhile now and never was able to open the
reports in Word from TMG...until this week. For other problems I was
dealing with this week, I was forced to do an internal and external repair,
and since then, I've been automatically asked if I want the report to open
in Word. I click yes, and "voila!" there it is in Word. Now since I've run
the internal and external repair many times before, I don't know why this
magic occurred now, but you might want to give it a try. As someone else
mentioned before, Dorothy Turner from Wholly Genes suggested running
external repair several times in a row to get the desired results.
