You can do it either way depending on how and when you want the
information to print in reports. Also you can add a Funeral Tag in
which you can enter all the details of the funeral. You should do one
person one way and another the other way and see which fits your needs
best. You can easily change from one to the other by cut and paste.

Actually the obituary is the source of information and unless you are
going to transcribe the obit in its entirety, I would use the Funeral
Tag.
