Then you shouldn't use a tool which is not designed to transfer the kind of
data that you want to transfer.
The advantage to GEDCOM is that it is more _convenient_ than re-keying your
data, sending it on paper, or convincing other people to use a program that
will read yours directly. But if you choose convenience over data
integrity, then you should at least recognize that the choice was yours.
