Well and good, Andy, but what about people who want the ability to put the
data on a PDA or PocketPC? Don't you think they should have the option to
have their data on those devices without problems? That is, of course,
unless TMG wants to develop something that will allow the direct use of TMG
data on such devices.

In my opinion what does or does not transfer to GEDCOM should have no
bearing
on anything concerning TMG. GEDCOM has always been flawed do to its various
implementations by software companies. If someone wants to swap info with me
it is either a SQZ file or a narrative report. If they are unhappy with
that-
tough. I choose my software for me- not is what is needed by others.
