"Should?" Yes, I think that in a perfect world there would be a way to
transfer any kind of genealogical data between any two devices as
conveniently as with GEDCOM and as reliably as by re-entering it. But I
don't know of any such transfer tool and neither do you <g>. Until one of
us develops it, the best we can do is understand the tools that we DO have
and not be surprised when we use one of them in a way it wasn't designed
and then get less-than-optimal results.
