Does this happen on each person? Not sure I understand where the "She" is
appearing - is it connected to the death tag, burial tag or the note data?
Sounds like it is the burial tag. Edit the burial tag via the Tag Type List
to see what the default sentence is for Principal or for any roles you may
have created. Could one of your default sentences become corrupted? Also
check for extra carriage returns in the sentence.
