Your Note sentence is probably something like
[P] <and [PO]> [M] <[D]> <[L]>
If you do not want the sentence to start with the subject's name (or a pronoun
substituted for the person's name, change the sentence to
[M] <[D]> <[L]>
or perhaps event
[M]
