This apparently happens on some upgrades to 4.0d. You need to get the
contents of import.ini (see below) and add them to the file import.ini in
your TMG directory. If the file exists, double click on it - it will open
up in Notepad. Otherwise, open Notepad. Copy the text below and paste it
into Notepad. File>Save; if you double clicked to open, it will save
correctly. Otherwise, tell it <path to TMG, probably c:\tmg>\import.ini

That's it.
