Hi Carol,
Based on John's reply I will suggest the following test.
Click [Start] and select Run. Enter msconfig and click [OK].
The System Configuration Utility should open.
Under the General tab click [Create Backup]
Click on the radio button for Selective startup
Remove checks from:
Process Config.sys file
Process Autoexex.bat file
Load startup group items
Click [Apply] then [OK] and approve restarting Windows.
When you have restarted, open TMG and test Exhibit Log, try to make it
fail.
When you are finished testing:
Run msconfig again and click on [Restore Backup]. This will return
everything to the way it was before making the test. This step is not
essential. You may find it better to run under Selective startup.
Let us know the results. If TMG worked, it is program conflict. If it
did not work, it could still be program conflict but not as easy to
isolate.
