If your computer had only 64 MB of memory I'm sure you were running Windows
9x (i.e.: Windows 95, Windows 97 or Windows 98). Windows 9x can only see
and use up to 128 MB of memory.

Your computer will see 192 MB of memory, but Windows 9x can only see up to
128 MB of memory.

Adding memory up to 128 MB helped, but adding more memory would not.

I am assuming that TMG accesses memory through Windows and thus has the
Windows limitation. (A few programs do not.)
