Windows 98 SE as it is usually called is Windows 98 Second Edition. This
was the next Windows upgrade after Windows 98. There are some differences
from Win 98, I don't know what they are and am unaware of anything that is
major.

If you do the Microsoft online updates to Windows then some of the things
in Win 98 SE have already been added to your copy of Win 98.
