Hi Ed,
I think there's no point in trying to keep those flags up to date. Either
delete them, or live with them in the knowledge that the filters need to
be run again if you want to repeat the process.

The good news is, that based on the facilities in FTST, this will be
possible in TMG 5. You would use a flag as a filter for the Project
Explorer, and add the filtered group to a Focus Group. Then you would save
the Focus Group.
Since FTST does not have the List of People Report, or GEDCOM output, we
can't tell yet whether the Focus Group will be available for use in filters
-- however, I seem to recall that was the intent.
