Judging from the many ex- UFT users on this list, I thought perhaps someone can offer a solution to this problem while we are waiting for TMGv5.

I have a friend who uses UFT and is waiting for TMG v5 before switching. Meanwhile, she upgraded to a new computer with WinXP but cannot get UFT to open
after installing it. Each time she tries to open Ultimate Family Tree Deluxe program, the following error appears:

File(s) failed to self register:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Dao2516.dll;C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Dbgrid16.ocx;
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Sylvma16.ocx;C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Imocx.ocx

Then when she click OK, this comes up--
SYSTEM ERROR
Divide By Zero or Overflow Error

Does anyone have a suggestion how to resolve this problem
so she can get UFT to start in WinXP ?
