Darrell has already suggested that some custom Tags, use of Roles, and split
Memos would be helpful. On my TMG Tips web pages there are several articles
on these subjects, which you may find offer some useful hints. I haven't
posted anything specifically on land transactions, but you may find the
general approach I discussed for other data types will give you some ideas.
