I'll try posting this one more time (for some reason my two previous
postings have never shown up).

Using Tami Dolan's system for recording my census information, but am having
problems with my output and need help figuring out how to correct my
CEN-HEAD Tag sentences.

CEN-HEAD Tag
Sentence: [P2] is head of household in the [P1G] of [L] <as [M2]>. <[M1].>
Enumerated with <[P2] was> <[WO]>
Witness Sentence: The [P1G] listed [W] <in addition to [WO]> in the
household of [P2], in [L]. <[M0]>

CEN-ENUM Tag
Wentence: [P2] was enumerated as [M2]. <[M1]>

When I do a descendants journal, I get the following sentence:

"Albert Jenkins is head of household in the 1850 Census of Rappahannock
County, Virginia, as Albert Jenkins. Age 33. Born in Virginia. He is a
farmer. Value of real estate $500. Enumerated with Albert Jenkins was Mary
Ann Lockhart, Matilda Ann Jenkins, Henrietta Augusta Jenkins, Mary Elizabeth
Jenkins, Susannah Nurway Jenkins, Lucinda Ellen Jenkins, Rachael T. Jenkins,
William David Jenkins, and Emily Jane Jenkins. ; Age 7, born in Virginia.
; Age 3, born in Virginia. ; Age 2/12. Born in Virginia. ; Age 8, born in
Virginia. ; Age 5, born in Virginia. ; Age 33, born in Virginia. ; Age
11, born in Virginia. ; Age 9, born in Virginia. ; Age 13, born in
Virginia."

Besides the punctuation problems, notice how it lists after the sentence
"Enumerated with Albert Jenkins was...," it then has Age 7, born in
Virginia. ; Age 3, born in Virginia. ; Age 2/12. Born in Virginia. ; Age
8, born in Virginia. ; Age 5, born in Virginia. ; Age 33, born in
Virginia. ; Age 11, born in Virginia. ; Age 9, born in Virginia. ; Age
13, born in Virginia.

I do not want the ages and place of birth of the witnesses to print on the
CEN-HEAD tag. It is picking up and printing the CEN-ENUM tab [M1] for each
witness. Any ideas on how I can go about correcting this problem.
