In the Descendants Journal Narrative Report Definition screen (General
tab), click on the [Publication Tools] button. On the left of the
Memos/Source window, you will have the Embedded option selected. Click on
the None option to eliminate picking up the [M1] fields. This option will
only apply to Memo fields that are _not_ referenced in Sentence Structures
and only _if_ you want those "non-referenced" Memo filed to be printed and
you may choose where you want them printed.
