There is no downloadable update from 2.x of UFT to 3.0. You have to
purchase a new CD. You might check around on E-bay or some other sites to
see if someone has a copy for sell. Version 3.0 will say Version 3.0 on the
box so be sure it does before you purchase. There is then a downloadable
update for 3.1.
