The individual captioning Richard suggests sounds to me like adding a Roles
capacity to photo captions. Don't know how it would be programmed, but I
like the idea. In a sense, it's like having an Anecdote or History tag with
lots of witnesses--you still have to decide which one it should print with,
as this would depend on the focus of the report and other changeable factors.
