Me again .. I am assuming you tried all the options for date format under
tools ... for 4.0d. You might write to to ask about
verions 5.

Subject: Fw: [TMG] DATE FORMAT
On 2 April 2002, I asked whether the option to format dates as d Mmm yyyy (1
Apr 2002) or d/m/yyyy (1/4/2002), [ie, to omit the leading zeros in day and
month], was now available in TMG. The only response was from Bonita, but
that did not really resolve my problem. As I said in my reply to Bonita
(also 2 April 2002), 'I would like a report option that enables me to
suppress the leading zeros in day and month (so that dates look "natural",
nor computer-generated)'. I would really like to have this option within
TMG, so that one does not have to export to a word processor or other
program and then do a Find/Replace.
I've heard nothing more since then, but I'm still keen to find out whether
there is a solution. Does anybody else have any ideas/suggestions? Does
anyone know whether it will be included as an option in TMG 5?
