Theresa,

Someone on the TMG-L suggested downloading a program called Mailwasher
(Mailwasher.com). I did and I really like it. It's free and easy to use.
You read all your messages from the server, none are downloaded to your
computer unless you tell it to. So if it's from a trusted source you can
d/l it to Outlook. As for turning off the preview in Outlook (which I use),
there should be a "bar" at the top of the message, and when you move your
cursor over it, you'll get an arrow pointing both up & down, then you can
just "scroll" the bar all the way down, and the preview is gone, and you can
then see the list of messages. Don't know if that's clear or not. Let me
know (you can call if you want, you have my #).
