I am having problems acessing my database in TMG,

I did eventualy try external repair, though that doesn't help either.
One of the suggestions that came up was trying to reinstall TMG,
and that is an easy try. Will doing that do anything to my database?

I don't see why it should, but thought I check and see if anybody
knew for sure.
