Configuration name is the name of the Report Definition. Every time you change it you are saving a new definition. So change it when you are making a new
variation that you may want to use again. Otherwise keep it the same to reduce the clutter of unneeded report definitions.

This is the title that prints at the top of the report. Normally there is not need to change the [F], which stands for Focus person. Whoever you make the
focus, however to make them the focus, that person will appear in the title of the printed report. So change the title only if you want it worded
differently for some reason.

File name is the name of the file which contains the report (provided you are sending the report to file.) If you leave it the same, and keep your old
reports on disk, a new one will overwrite your old one. You could change it every time in the report definition. But I find it easier to keep it the same
there, and when I create a report that I want to keep, I use File Save As in my word processor to give it a more descriptive name, thus clearing the way
to reuse the name saved in the report definition. By the way, it's better to create the permanent name in the word processor because TMG4 is limited to
file names of 8 characters, but you can use long names in the word processor.
