I don't know what it is - but for instance, the message I sent yesterday at 6am (Monday) just now got here (Tues 8am) along with the rest for a total of 94 messages in my box. And I know it was empty at midnight.

A message that I sent to TMG-L on Sunday morning EDT did not arrive back
till this Monday morning. And one I sent on Saturday morning to another
list did not return until today either.

So it is not the ISP but probably problems in some intermediate server.
