You can't outright "delete" them, but you can create a new dataset which
excludes them. Set the flag as you propose, then do a List of People (LOP)
with focus Flag Bad=N, and secondary output "Create New Data Set". Follow
the prompts to give the set a name. This now becomes your primary data set.
Once you've looked through it and verified that it has everything you want
in it (and nothing you don't), you can delete your old dataset and give the
new one the old one's name if you want.
