Jane,
Assuming you set your BAD flag to Y for people in the line you
want to eliminate, I would suggest doing the LOP report using Flag BAD
<>Y since you probably have values of ?, N and Y. Therefore, you'll want
both people "unmarked" as well as "unchecked". The idea is the same as
Joe's but TMG will follow your instructions very literally. This will
give you your new data set with only the BAD=Y eliminated.
