I need some help to reproduce an issue and give us data to work with.
DON'T do this if you don't clearly understand exactly what I'm asking.
DON'T do this if you are not comfortable with doing it.
If you have been doing extensive keyboard data entry...
AND if you have NOT run Validate File Integrity...
Would you please do the following for me:
1) Backup your project. *** Do this first! ***
2) Run File / Maintenance / Validate File Integrity
IF The Validate File Integrity process reports some large number of
problems fixed, then please contact me off list. I need your project
backup file.
If you receive 'no problems,' there should be no issue. If you have
any data issue (check sort dates), you should restore your project and
don't run Validate File Integrity until the next update (that says
these issues have been dealt with).
Jim
