Virginia - On a related note . . . I wanted to see a filtered PE using the
Last Edited Date (I have been adding lots of images that I had held off
adding in 4.0). Unfortuately I discovered that the mere addition of
exhibits does not update the Last Edited Date. Checking back in 4.0, I find
that this is the case there also. I guess it has to do with how the word
"edit" is defined. I would think that it meant *any* work done to
*anything* related to a given individual. Apparently it only applies if the
"edit" is text based only.

One way to check for possible missing data after using Validate File
Integrity would be to Filter the PE using 'Last Edited Date' to narrow down
the search. The problem Laura had was missing sort dates, so a possible
filter could be:

Last Edited Date = 31 May 2002
Any Event* tag; Sort Date Is Empty

(Check Primary names at bottom)

There may be other helpful filter combinations using Last Edited Date,
depending upon the type of data the user was entering in the last few days.
