Hi, Jim:

I understood what Bob said. I did not suggest that tags imported from TMG 4
were in danger of being corrupted, because he said clearly that they were
not. My problem is in *separating* those many tags from the few recently
entered tags that, in respect to dates and sort dates, ought to look
exactly the same, so I can fix them.

You will, I hope, forgive my anxiety over why there might -- even *could*
-- be a difference between a tag's data structure based on whether it were
imported or entered directly. What is going on that might make a
distinction? On the other hand, I don't wish to make too much of it either.
The reported "damage" is hardly earth-shattering. My level of anxiety is
about that of trying to go to sleep with a mosquito in the room. Will I
wake up with a bite on the end of my nose?

Also, I am having trouble with the most recent beta of "Second Site" that
seems to be specific to my TMG 5 data set. I can't help but raise the
hypothesis that the two problems are related, since I don't know of
anything else that would distinguish me from the other beta testers.
