The really shocking thing is that so many people put up with constrictive
genealogy programs from companies that don't give any kind of customer
service.

I ordered 5.0 with eyes wide open and am really enjoying entering my data
since it's much more convenient, and faster, too. The goodies that have been
added are just too much fun. I'm creating lots of research tasks since now I
can attach them to a person and a repository! Sure, I'd love to have the
reporting capabilities when I go to Salt Lake City in August but if they're
not ready I have enough stuff in folders to keep me busy for a week.
