That's where it should be. That's the place for all general event tags.

For tags in the Other Event group, generally the Primary mark is irrelevant, and should be
ignored. You might want to look at the article on my TMG Tips web pages "Primary Tags and
Controlling Printing" for more details. It's at http://reigelridge.com/tmg

The only reason to fool with Primary marks for tags in the Other Event group is if you want
them to print in a box chart for some special purpose. On the other hand, Primary is
important for Tags in the Birth, Marriage, Divorce, Death, Burial, and Relationship groups.
